What defines a Generator
One thing: a defined Sacral center. That center is the only source of renewable energy in the BodyGraph, and when it is switched on it wants to be used — properly, on work that lights it up, until it is genuinely empty and sleep is easy.
A Generator who has no motor running directly to the Throat is a pure Generator. Add that motor-to-Throat connection and the same defined Sacral produces a Manifesting Generator, who moves faster and skips steps.
What "respond" actually means
Responding is not passivity, and it is not waiting by the phone. It is refusing to force. Life brings something — a request, an opening, a person, a piece of work — and the Sacral answers before the mind has finished its argument. That answer is felt as a lift and a pull, or as a flat nothing.
The signature of a Generator living this way is satisfaction. The signal that something is off is frustration — usually the frustration of having talked yourself into something your gut never said yes to.

When a Generator commits to work their body actually wants, the effect on everyone around them is unmistakable. This is the type that builds the thing and keeps building it long after the excitement has worn off, and the world is quietly held up by them.
