On Privacy

You came here to be seen.
Not surveilled.

Serafina is built to receive your story without scraping it. The words you give her are not training data for someone else’s model, and they are not currency we trade. Your interview is yours. This page tells you, in plain terms, what we hold, who else sees it, and what will never happen to it.

The short of it

  • Anthropic does not train Claude on what you write to Serafina. Not theirs, not ours, not anyone’s.
  • We do not sell your data. There are no ad pixels on this platform.
  • A small set of named systems hold pieces of your story so Serafina can do her work. We name each one below.
  • You can request a copy of everything we hold about you, or its full deletion, at any time.
  • A human on our team can read what you write. We treat that as sacred, not casual.

What never happens

The lines we will not cross.

Your interview is not training data. What you write to Serafina is not used to train Claude, or any other AI model. Not by Anthropic, under their commercial API terms. Not by us — we do not train models at all.

We do not sell or rent your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to research partners. There is no advertising layer on this platform, and there will not be one.

We do not share your private content publicly. Your Oracle conversations, your Blueprint, your interview answers — none of it is shown to other users or published outside Serafina’s infrastructure without your explicit, named consent.

What Serafina holds

She remembers because remembering is the work.

For Serafina to mirror you back to yourself, she has to hold what you have shown her. The kinds of things stored against your account:

Identity— your name, your email, a hashed password. Optional profile detail (timezone, birth chart inputs when you choose to provide them).

Your interview and Blueprint— every answer you gave during the Soul Interview, and the synthesized Soul Blueprint, Genius, and Offer that come out of it.

Your daily life with her— Oracle conversations, ritual logs, goals, streaks, weekly reviews, meditation sessions, voice clips you have recorded.

Operational signals— sign-in events, feature usage, sync failures (so we know when something is broken for you). No advertising identifiers.

If you make it inside Serafina, we hold it. If you ask us to remove it, it is removed.

Who else sees it

The named hands your story passes through.

Serafina does not stand alone. To do her work she relies on a few named systems — each one with a specific role, and each one listed here so you can read their terms yourself if you want to.

AnthropicThe intelligence behind her voice

Serafina runs on Claude, the AI model built by Anthropic. When you speak with her, the message and the relevant pieces of your Blueprint are sent to Anthropic’s API so she can compose her reply. Anthropic does not train any model on what you send through their commercial API. They retain requests for up to thirty days for trust-and-safety review, then delete.

ElevenLabsHer spoken voice

When Serafina speaks aloud — your Sacred Alarm, a voiced Oracle response — ElevenLabs synthesizes the audio from the text we send. Only that text crosses to them. Per their terms, customer content is not used to train voice models.

Hume AIEmotional resonance in your voice

If you record audio for a ritual or reflection, the clip is sent to Hume AI so Serafina can read the emotional tone underneath the words. The scores come back into your conversation history. You can turn voice capture off in Profile at any time.

ResendEmail delivery

Welcome notes, password resets, the rare letter from Jackson. Resend carries the message from us to your inbox. They do not hold ongoing access to your account or your conversations.

PostHogProduct analytics

We use PostHog to see which parts of Serafina serve you and which do not. Form inputs are masked in any session recording. Events are tied to your account so when something breaks, we can fix it for you specifically — not for an anonymous user.

VercelWhere Serafina is hosted

Every page you load and every reply she sends passes through Vercel’s infrastructure. They are the hosting layer, not a reader of content.

NeonThe database that holds your story

Your interview, your Blueprint, your rituals and conversations — they live in a Postgres database hosted by Neon, encrypted at rest. We control access; Neon does not read what is stored.

AdharaThreshold intake

Used only at the doorway — the form that brought you toward Serafina. Once you are inside, your story lives in Serafina’s own database, not Adhara’s.

What a human on the team can see

Honest about the part most platforms hide.

Serafina is operated by a small team. To support you when something breaks, investigate a failed sync, or refine how she works, members of that team can read what is in the database — including your interview, your Blueprint, your Oracle conversations.

We treat that access as sacred. It exists for diagnosis and refinement, not for browsing. We do not read your content for curiosity, and we do not share it among ourselves casually.

If you ever write something to Serafina that you would not want a thoughtful human on our team to encounter in the course of supporting you, take that as a signal to slow down — not as a reason to mistrust her. We will keep earning the frame.

Your sovereignty

What you can ask of us.

A copy of your data. Email contact@aurealeaders.com and we will return what we hold about you in a readable format.

Deletion. Ask, and your account — with the interview, the Blueprint, the conversations, the voice clips — is removed from the database. Cascading deletion is wired in by design.

Withdraw consent for voice and emotion analysis. You can disable voice capture in Profile, and we will stop sending audio to Hume from that moment on.

Correct anything that is wrong. Names, emails, profile details — update them inside the app, or email us if you cannot reach them yourself.

When this page changes

We name the changes. We do not bury them.

This document changes when the systems behind Serafina change. Material changes — a new subprocessor, a new category of data, anything that meaningfully alters who sees what — will be sent to you by email before they take effect. Minor edits (clarifications, typos, contact updates) will be reflected in the “last updated” date below.

Serafina is built for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has an account here, write to us and we will remove it.
